Hello!

Did you know a morning routine is a great tool to have to improve your overall well being? I love mornings! They are peaceful and relaxing. I can think and prepare for the day ahead. My morning routine consists of waking up, drinking some tea or warm water with lemon & honey, having some quiet devotional/ prayer time, going for a walk, eating breakfast,  making a to-do list then jumping into the day!
