Did you know that drinking water can alleviate fatigue, help with weight loss, help cure disease in the body, and more? The majority of people are not drinking enough water. Dehydration can be at the root cause of headaches, arthritis and many other diseases. The body is made up of around 70% of water. We need water to survive, but few are drinking more than enough.

Dr. F. Batmanghelidi studied and researched the powerful effects of drinking water on the human body. Drinking several liters of water daily is a simple, but a wonderful health tip that will reap benefits. Often we eat when we are thirsty. I have begun drinking more water daily and have experienced great health benefits; clearer skin, eyes, and healthier hair, as well as, energy and the flushing out of toxins from my body.

When living a radiant life full of purpose it includes how we care for our bodies too 🙂 Drinking water is cleansing and refreshing. God has given us a gift to nourish ourselves with and live.

In the morning I have also started drinking around 1.5 Liters of warm water in the morning before breakfast mixed with lemon, chia seeds, honey and sometimes ginger. I live in an extremely warm climate so it’s very easy to get dehydrated. My goal is around 5-6 liters a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but when you start drinking enough you will feel the physical, mental, and emotional differences.
